The space-saving 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 960mA Switch output current. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. As a member of the TPS61170 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
