For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type. There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 700kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2Vin 3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 40mA 20mA. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
