There is a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 25mA output current. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
