It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. 4 pins are on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 900mV volts. There should be no more than 6.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management.
