This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.6V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 250nA.
