TPS3514N Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 14 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. In a 3 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 14 pins are located on this power management. The pins of the power management system count 14. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 4.5V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 15V volts in this IC management. Through Hole mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 1mA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3514, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 1mA can be used.
