TPS3431SQDRBRQ1 Overview
There is a 8-VDFN Exposed Pad enclosure with the programmable timer. It is used to pack in Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is recommended that you mount your device using type Surface Mount, Wettable Flank.The programmable timer can supply a voltage of 1.8V~6.5V.The type of chips can be divided into Watchdog Circuit. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -40°C~125°C. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 10μA. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 relates to the digital timer's series. It is based on TPS3431. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V. The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 8.
