This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. Manage ics operate at 1.2V supply voltages. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management.
