The TPS1H100-Q1 is a fully protected high-side power switch with an integrated NMOS power FET and charge pump that is designed to intelligently regulate a variety of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. It stands out from the competition because of its accurate current sense and programmable current limit capabilities. TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1's working temperature is -40°C to 125°C TA, and its supply voltage is 13.5V.
