For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 10V~20V.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -55°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in General Purpose as well.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Signal interfaces include 8 pins that serve as pronged contacts.During a specified ambient temperature, the power supply can supply the maximum load current 400mA.The output reaches a maximum current when H-bridge reaches 200mA 400mA.It is made up of two 8 pins that work together to perform the specific functions of this bridge driver.
