Description
For use in devices including PMOLED panels, LCD bias supplies, and sensor modules, the TLV61046ADBVT is a highly integrated boost converter. The TLV61046ADBVT combines a rectifier diode, an input to output isolation switch, and a 30-V power switch. When a Li+ battery or two alkaline batteries are connected in series as an input, it can output up to 28 V.
A switching frequency of 1.0 MHz is used by the TLV61046ADBVT during operation. Small external components can be used because of this. By connecting the FB pin to the VIN pin, the internal default 12-V output voltage setting of the TLV61046A can be accessed. In order to obtain 12-V output voltage, it simply requires three external components. The average 980-mA switch current limit for the TLV61046ADBVT. To lessen the inrush current, a 7-ms built-in soft-start time is included. To reduce leakage current when the TLV61046ADBVT is in shutdown mode, the isolation switch disconnects the output from the input. Additionally, the TLV61046ADBVT incorporates thermal shutdown, output short circuit protection, and output overvoltage protection.
In a 6-pin SOT23-6 package of 3 mm x 3 mm, the TLV61046ADBVT is offered.
