It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 20-SOIC (0.433, 11.00mm Width) Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.Applications targeting this power management include Ignition Buffer, Regulator and others.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.As a result, this power management is powered by 9.5V~18V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching TDA3681 .It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 110μA volts.
