SY100E222LTY-TR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 52-LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. LVECL, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
