As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 3 in total. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA. You can always use STM810, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 15μA.
