A 32-UFQFN Exposed Pad package is included. The MCU has 27 I/O ports. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. The MCU is based on the 32-Bit core. The type of memory that the program uses is FLASH. The temperature range of this Microcontroller is within the range of -40°C~105°C TA. Microcontroller runs in STM32F0 Series. Having a size of 64KB 64K x 8, Microcontroller has a program memory of X bytes. With a ARM® Cortex®-M0 Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available. ICs for MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/peripheral parts. This chip has a total of 32 terminations on MCU chip. A 32-bit operation is performed by this part. A 3.3V volt supply is provided by the Microcontroller chip. MCU chip has YES DMA channels. This MCU is implemented with 64kB memory. There are a number of alternatives to the base part number STM32F05 that you can find. In the case of 48MHz frequency operation, it can perform efficiently. Devices work in YES PWM channels.
