It is embeded in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case. D flip flop is embedded in the Tube package. Tri-State, Non-Invertedis the output configured for it. This trigger is configured to use Positive Edge. Surface Mountmounts this electrical part. Powered by a 4.5V~5.5Vvolt supply, it operates as follows. Currently, the operating temperature is 0°C~70°C TA. There is D-Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. JK flip flop belongs to the 74Fseries of FPGAs. This D flip flop should not have a frequency greater than 100MHz. In total, it contains 1 elements. The 74F374 family contains this object. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As you can see from the design, it has pins with 20. It has a clock edge trigger type of Positive Edge. The design is based on 8bits. The superior flexibility of this circuit is achieved by using 8 circuits. For high efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5V. In addition to its maximum design flexibility, the output current of the T flip flop is 24mA. It has 3 output lines to operate. As of now, there are 8input lines. A -3mAvalue is set for the high level output current. The low level output current is set to 24mA. It is recommended that the operating temperature be lower than 70°C. If the operating temperature is higher than 0°C, the system should operate properly. It operates with the minimal supply voltage of 4.5V. There is a maximum voltage support of 5.5V. It is possible to obtain a frequency of 100MHz.
