Due to its 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). As a result, it works on the principle of Inverter. The part must have a voltage of 2V~5.5V in order to function properly. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~125°C. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. The high and low state of output current is 8mA 8mA. The 74AHC series contains it. 14 terminations have been made so far.
