SN65EL11D Overview
There is a case option of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) available for this clock divider. It is available in the case Tube. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 3.5GHz. There are 8 terminations in it. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 5V. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) for this electronic part. When the temperature is set to -40°C~85°C, reliable performance is ensured. In general, it should be able to work with a power source of 4.2V~5.7V volts. The clock buffer contains 8 pins. There is an output of ECL, PECL. The 8 pins are utilized for operation.
