SM802140UMG Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 644.53125MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
