SL38160AZC-17AHT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
