SL23EP05SC-1H Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 220MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.3V~3.6V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 5 signal outputs. There is a low timing skew at 0.09 nsmax with this RF synthesizer.
