SI5394B-A11054-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 350MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
