SI5365-C-GQR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 100-TQFP package includes this clock generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 1.05GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as you provide 1.71V~2.75V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Multiplier.
