SI5335D-B09021-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
