SI5335B-B03161-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
