As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
