Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
