SI5335A-B05775-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
