SI5330M-A00232-GM Overview
24-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. Tray is the form in which it is packaged. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 250MHz. 24 terminations have been recorded. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Translator for this electronic part. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 1.71V~3.63V volts.
