SI5321-G-BC Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 63-CBGA package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. In it, there are 63 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 2.8GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL.
