SI4136-F-GT Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 24 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.5GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be 2.7V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer.
