SI4133-D-GT Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 1.8GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 2.7V. Clock generator ic works with 2.7V~3.6V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. A Frequency Synthesizer is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 24-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. The related electrical components for the base part number SI4133 can be found below. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 24 pins. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 3V as the supply voltage. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 26MHz.
