PL123-09NSI Overview
There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). A Tube is used to package it. Normal operation has a maximum value of 134MHz. A total of 16 terminations are present. With a voltage of 1.8V, high efficiency is possible. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). When the temperature is set to -40°C~85°C, reliable performance is ensured. In order for it to function, a power source of 1.62V~3.63V V must be available. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. Operation is performed using the 16 pins. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the PL123. In this case, Vsup will be set to 3.63V (decimal). By default, the output is set to 9. There is no external influence on it, as it consumes 32mA quiescent current.
