NJM2103M-TE2 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. There are SMD/SMT functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. In total, IC powers are 8 pins on the board. There are 8 pins on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.2V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 20V volts. Supplied with a operating current of 700μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It also contains ICs of other kinds, such as POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT, which are included in the power management. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 700μA at the most.
