NCV305LSQ23T1G Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 0.85V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
