NCP305LSQ22T1G Overview
A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. In this IC management you will find SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for you to refer to. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. Manage ics operate at 1.5V supply voltages. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 800mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 1μA volt supply current. You can always use NCP305, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
