NCP304LSQ33T1G Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-82A, SOT-343 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. Power management has a total of 4 pins. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1μA. It is always advisable to use NCP304, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
