As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management system has 4 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The power management's supply current is 1μA. You can always use NCP304, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 3.5μA.
