As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 1μA.
