In this PMIC, you can find SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. This power management system has 5 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500nA is the recommended value. You can always use NCP303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
