As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees.
