NCP15WD683J03RC Overview
Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. I have included it in package 0402 (1005 Metric) for convenience. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C ensures reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. The NTC thermistors must have the 2 pins connected for them to work properly. Dissipation of energy of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 100mW of power. There is no danger of the fuse element deteriorating beyond a certain current limit for NTC thermistors.
