NBSG11MN Overview
A 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tube. Under normal circumstances, 12GHz is the maximum value. A total of 16 terminations are present. Supply voltages of 2.5V allow for high efficiency. In this case, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. Fanout Buffer (Distribution)?is?the?classification?for?this?electrical?component. When the temperature is set to -40°C~85°C, reliable performance is ensured. 2.375V~3.465V V power should work with it. On this board, there is a pin count of 16. There is an output of RSECL, RSNECL, RSPECL. The gadget belongs to the 11 family of clock buffers. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 3.465V. In order for the supply voltage (Vsup) to stay above 2.375V, it should be kept as high as possible. It is also possible to obtain NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.465V when using this gadget.
