The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
