NB100LVEP221FARG Overview
There is a case of 52-LQFP Exposed Pad in which it is packaged. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. For normal operation, 1GHz is the maximum value. During operation, 52 pins are used. There is a family of objects known as the NB100LVEP221. It is contained in Clock Drivers. This value is set to 3.8V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). A voltage higher than 2.375V is necessary for normal operation of the system. A power supply of -2.5/-3.3/2.5/3.3V volts powers it. In this case, the electronic part belongs to the 100LVEP series. This gadget can also be used to obtain NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V.
