In order to save space on the board, 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used.For packing, Tube is used.The mounting type of this telecom circuit is Surface Mount.This telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.Wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a high supply voltage, 4.75V~5.25V can be operated more efficiently.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.The mounting is in the way of Surface Mount.The telecom interface has 28 pins.The supply current is 400μA.The supply voltage of 5V enables designers to have a great deal of flexibility.The supply current of 400μA allows designers to have a great deal of flexibility.During normal operation, a minimum value of -40°C is set for the temperature.In order to ensure normal operation of the telecom circuit, the temperature is set at the maximum value of 85°C.Telecommunications device is recommended that at least 4.75V voltage be supplied.There should be a lower voltage supplied than 5.25V.
