As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. A voltage of 800mV volts can be produced by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 6 pins. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 800mV volts. The maximum output current reaches 3A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 14.72V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 14.72V. A harley voltage regulator operates with a 16V supply voltage. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 4.5V volts is required to ensure reliable performance. It operates on a 840μA supply current of adjusting voltage regulator.
