In package 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), real time clocks can be found.Time clock is packaged in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR).1.8V~3.6V is the supply voltage of this electrical RTC.An electrical real time clock of this type is called a Clock/Calendar.The way this real time clock (RTC) is mounted on the system board is Surface Mount.Keeping the temperature at -40°C~85°C is essential to maintaining a safe working environment.During operation, the value of Alarm, EEPROM, Leap Year, Square Wave Output, SRAM, Watchdog Timer can be ensured.In the case of 14 terminations, transmission lines have the characteristic impedance of the terminating RTC module.This RTC real time clock is powered by 5V volts.As it has 14 pins, it is equipped with the necessary features.RTCs belongs to MCP795W20 family.This electrical digital time clock has a supply voltage of 1.3V~3.6V.It is included as part of Timer or RTC.The RTC times within the system have a memory of 64B available for storing data and programs for the purposes of the system.A maximum output frequency of 10MHz should be maintained by the real time analog clock.A mounting type of Surface Mount has been specified for this RTC module.As a power supply for the real time clock, a value of 2/5V is used.It is equipped with 14 pins.ALSO OPEARTES AT 1.8 V MINIMUM SUPPLY AT 3 MHZ are also characteristics of it.With 8 Bits, this digital time clock is designed.
