There is an embedded version of real time clocks in the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Basically, time clock is packaged in a way that is equivalent to Tape & Reel (TR).Providing this electrical RTC with a voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is required.Clock/Calendar is the type of this electrical real time clock.The way this real time clock (RTC) is mounted on the system board is Surface Mount.In order to operate properly, the temperature should be -40°C~125°C.There is a way to make sure that Alarm, Leap Year, Square Wave Output, SRAM is maintained when operating if desired.There is the possibility of terminating transmission lines with 8 terminations, which means that the equipment used to terminate the line will match its characteristic impedance.2.5V is the supply voltage of this RTC real time clock.As a member of the MCP7940N family, RTCs belongs to them.This electrical digital time clock is powered by a voltage that is 1.3V~5.5V at the time of installation.In Timer or RTC, this part is included.For the purpose of storing data and programs, the RTC times are embedded with a storage capacity of 64B.The power supply is 2/5V.There are 8 pins on it.Following an input signal, there are 1 timers that output a signal at a preset time.It belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of real time clocks.
