A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 4.5V~18V supply voltage.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The supply current can not exceed 0.6mA when operating.
